Yes! Relaxation is an important part of the NTB Aesthetics experience. Most facials include a relaxing facial, scalp, neck, shoulder, and upper-body massage. When time and the selected treatment allow, an arm and hand massage may also be included.

Certain advanced or corrective treatments may require a modified massage or may not include massage due to the treatment protocol.

Certain advanced treatments require an initial visit and consultation to make sure the treatment is appropriate for your skin and goals.

Some treatments require temporarily discontinuing retinoids, exfoliating acids, or other active products beforehand. Preparation recommendations vary depending on your treatment, and specific instructions will be provided when necessary.

Advanced treatments take a more corrective, results-focused approach to specific skin concerns. They’re typically less relaxing than a facial and may involve some social downtime while your skin renews. Certain advanced services may require a consultation before treatment.

Life happens. NTB Aesthetics does not charge a cancellation or no-show fee. Advance notice is always greatly appreciated so your appointment time can be made available to another client.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you’re running behind your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment will be modified or may be rescheduled.
